Today, we proudly hold nearly 80% of Estonia’s market share for chilled Asian food.

Our vision extends beyond our success in Estonia. We are ambitiously expanding into the Pan-Baltic region, Scandinavia, Poland, and Germany. With established partnerships with leading supermarkets such as Rimi, Prisma, and Bolt, we are poised to introduce our premium products to new markets where these retail giants have a presence.

FOUNDATION AND INITIAL OPERATIONS

In 2018, Rener Invest OÜ was established in Estonia with the objective of introducing authentic Asian cuisine to the region. Specializing in Indian, Chinese, and Thai dishes, the company proudly offers restaurant-quality food based on recipes passed down since 1918. Our commitment to using only genuine ingredients, free from artificial colors or flavors, sets us apart.

EXPANSION AND VIRTUAL KITCHENS

In 2020, in response to the growing demand for à la carte dining options, we expanded by setting up virtual kitchens. These kitchens quickly gained popularity on Wolt and Bolt markets in Tallinn, reflecting our dedication to providing high-quality, accessible Asian cuisine.

Today, under the brand name "Dal's Kitchen," we supply a diverse range of products to major retail chains such as Rimi, Prisma, AS Selver, and R-Kiosk. Our product lineup caters to various customer preferences and includes multiple packaging options with different shelf lives.

From Global Flavors Buffet in Birmingham, where we introduced five vibrant cuisines, to our innovative dining concepts and international ventures, we’ve always been passionate about creating unforgettable food experiences.

Global Flavors Buffet

Nestled in the heart of Birmingham, we launched Global Flavors Buffet, a haven for food lovers craving the aromatic flavors of India, Thailand, China, Italy, and Japan. A feast for the senses, this buffet allowed guests to explore the world’s cuisines  with authentic, freshly prepared dishes that delighted every palate.

9Nine – Dining Meets Nightlife

Since 2007, we’ve been on a mission to take you on a culinary adventure,The excitement didn’t stop there. In 2010, we introduced 9Nine, an Asian eatery and nightclub all in one! Offering expertly crafted sushi and grilled dishes, 9Nine became ’s ultimate destination for food and fun. After dinner, the venue transformed into a pulsating nightclub, with vibrant lighting and dynamic dance floors to keep the party going. bringing together the rich and diverse flavors of Asia under one roof. From Global Flavors Buffet in Birmingham, where we introduced five vibrant cuisines, to our innovative dining concepts and international ventures, we’ve always been passionate about creating unforgettable food experiences.

Master & Margarita – Indian Fusion with a Twist

Inspired by the legendary novel, Master & Margarita was born in 2012. Located in Birmingham’s CUBE building, this Indian fusion restaurant mixed traditional flavors with modern techniques, creating a fresh take on classic dishes. The late-night bar served cocktails inspired by the novel’s characters, adding to the restaurant’s artistic, literary charm.

Mint Leaf – A Punjabi Gin Bar Experience

Our next adventure took us to Tallinn, Estonia, where Mint Leaf combined traditional Punjabi Indian cuisine with an impressive gin bar. Guests indulged in rich curries and aromatic biryanis while enjoying a refined gin selection. The luxurious surroundings, complete with live music, made Mint Leaf a must-visit for both locals and tourists.

Dal’s Kitchen – a new era of flavor

Our company began its operations in Estonia in 2016 with the objective of introducing authentic Asian taste to the region. Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation since 1918, and we pride ourselves on using only authentic ingredients without any artificial colours or flavours. Taking into account our progression and product development, we have become the market leader in the Asian cuisine market in the Baltics and Scandinavia. We were the first to introduce Asian varieties for the hot buffet sections in supermarkets and pre-packaged meals. Currently, we have nearly 80% of the Estonian market share for chilled Asian food.”

Wolt and Bolt

In 2019, Wolt and Bolt introduced multi-branded virtual restaurants in the Baltics and Scandinavia, a response to the growing demand for food delivery. These virtual kitchens, operating without physical storefronts, use shared kitchen spaces to offer a variety of cuisines from different brands. This model gained popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic, as consumers sought more dining options at home. By partnering with local chefs, Wolt and Bolt created diverse menus and used technology to optimize ordering and delivery. This approach lowered costs for small chefs and startups, reshaping the food delivery scene in the region.

Dal’s Grill & Dal’s Kitchen Express

In 2021, we took our love for grilling to new heights with Dal’s Grill, featuring the best of Northern Indian barbecue. Later that year, Dal’s Kitchen Express was born, offering hot, flavorful meals straight to office doors, revolutionizing lunch breaks for busy professionals.

Easy Cook & Dal’s Kitchen Supermarket

We embraced convenience in 2023 with Easy Cook, a meal kit service designed to make home cooking simple and exciting. Alongside, we launched Dal’s Kitchen Supermarket, offering a range of authentic Asian ingredients delivered straight to your door
